Edited photos will be raws, edited and colour graded for the finished look in Adobe Photoshop and lightroom for best results.

Flexible option of £60 hourly flying rate on site for video, footage can be edited and coloured for £30 per hour. The Unedited footage can be supplied at the hourly flying rate for you to work with your self. Most jobs only require 1-2 hours on site and will be done as efficiently as possible. Alternatively these flat rates:

  • Video only, 1-2 properties:  £550 (maximum 2 minute video, edited and colour graded with effects and music)

  • Video only, 1 property: £350 (maximum 1 minute finished video, edited and colour graded with effects and music)

  • Indoor drone tour: £380 for a small to medium size property

  • Day rate for onsite flying: £400 (up to 9 hours)

  • Day rate for editing: £200

High Quality, ultra-smooth footage will always be provided on each job at 4k resolution, also edited to your specification. In order to create higher-quality results, all footage will ordinarily be shot in Raw format for editing in post-production…If you wish to keep costs down or have a limited budget, we can provide unedited footage for your own editing need, this can be charged at an hourly on-site rate with no extra cost; If you need post editing then a finished video will be sent to you, ready to upload to your house listing, website, or social media.
